I try to reset password using correct login and email, but i don?t receive the mail on my email.

i use Sapo mail. and i add admin@box11.110mb.com on my white list.

i check spam and all diretories and i don?t receive anything.

Can anyone help me solve this problem.

It seems that no any mails are sent from 110mb servers since September 2011 (at least I didn't get any since that time).

All I can think about is that you can try to contact t50webmaster from 110mb.com/forum:
110mb.com/forum/index.php/topic,56822.0.html

Or use the support ticket system 110mb.com/support though you may find the same problem with no emails received from there.

In general - I advice to look for an alternative hosting solution.
